This Privacy Policy was executed by and between LB Global Tekstil Tic. A.Ş. (“LB”) as the “Data Controller” and you. In this context, the purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information on the processing of the data provided by you in connection with the use of www.lesbenjamins.com (“Website”) as well as the grade, purpose and scope of transfer thereof. Data privacy is of high importance for LB and we want to be transparent with our processing of users’ personal data. When you use our Website; or somehow communicates with LB, LB collects information about you in accordance with the nature of the information and transaction within the current technical possibilities. You accept, acknowledge, and promise that your personal information and data might be used in limited manner by LB to the extent that it is limited to the format and purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy. Every type of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person constitutes personal data. Processing your personal data signifies all types of transactions performed on the data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, altering, re-arranging, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making accessible, alignment and preventing access.

No: 24 Beşiktaş, İstanbul and with its registration number 220846-5 is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

Delivery of the product you purchased, fulfillment of the requirements of the sales agreement established between you and the Company, contacting you regarding your order if necessary, completing your membership transaction if you become a member of the Website, sending a commercial electronic message to you upon your approval, fulfilling the terms and conditions of the membership agreement you have approved and to keep it in line with the statute of limitations arising from the legislation.

If, despite all necessary data security measures taken by LB, the confidential information is damaged because of attacks on the system or captured by third parties, LB shall have no responsibility with that respect.

ÇEREZ VE GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

  1. İşbu Çerez ve Gizlilik Politikası, www.lesbenjamins.com alan adlı internet sitesi (“Web Sitesi”) aracılığıyla, LB GLOBAL TEKSTİL TİC. A.Ş.’ne (“Şirket”) ait ürün ve/veya hizmetleri kullanan tüm kişiler (“Kullanıcı”) için geçerlidir.

İşbu Çerez ve Gizlilik Politikası, Şirket tarafından Kullanıcılarının gizlilik ve kişisel verilerinin korunması haklarını gözeterek Web Sitesi’nde çerez kullanımının kapsamı ve amaçları hakkında detaylı bilgi sunmak ve Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) kapsamında çerez kullanımına ilişkin olarak aydınlatma yükümlüğümüzün yerine getirilmesi amacıyla hazırlamıştır.   3. Kişisel verilerin hangi amaçla işleneceği: Yukarıda 5. maddede sayılan kategorilerdeki kişisel verileriniz; 4. maddede sayılan ile işlenmektedir.
  4. Şirket tarafından işlenen kişisel verilerin kimlere ve hangi amaçla aktarılabileceği: Kişisel verileriniz herhangi bir 3. Kişiye aktarılmamaktadır.
  5. Kişisel veri toplamanın yöntemi ve hukuki sebebi: Çerezler aracılığı ile elde edilen Kişisel verileriniz, “açık rızanız” hukuki sebebi ile toplanmaktadır.
  6. Kişisel verileriniz ile ilgili Kanun kapsamındaki haklarınız aşağıdaki şekildedir: Çerezler aracılığıyla elde edilen (a) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, (b) Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, (c) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, (ç) Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, (d) Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme, (e) Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, (f) (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, (g) İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme, (ğ) Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Bu haklarınızı yazılı olarak veya kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP adresi: lesbenjamins@hs03.kep.tr’dır) adresi, güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da Şirket’e daha önce bildirilen ve Şirket’in sisteminde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresinizi kullanmak suretiyle (Bu kapsamda moe@lesbenjamins.com e-posta adresi üzerinden Şirket’e ulaşabilirsiniz) veya başvuru amacına yönelik geliştirilmiş bir yazılım ya da uygulama vasıtasıyla Şirket’e iletebilirsiniz.
